Dear Prospective Vendor,

The Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation (KHESLC) is pleased to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Integrated Digital Marketing, Online Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking Campaign Services.

KHESLC is seeking qualified vendor(s) to plan, implement, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing and online advertising campaigns, including analytics and tracking, in support of KHESLC’s outreach and loan product objectives.

The RFP is attached to this email and contains all information necessary to prepare and submit a response, including the scope of services, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, key dates, and contact information.

Vendors interested in responding are encouraged to review the RFP carefully and submit proposals in accordance with the instructions and deadlines outlined in the document.
